Thank You for Submitting Your Goal Mapping Form
Your submission has been received and logged. This information allows us to review your site in context and prepare for a focused discussion about feasibility, scope, and sequencing. No recommendations are made without this review.
What Happens Next
1. Initial Consultation
The next step is a scheduled phone consultation. This conversation is used to review your submission, clarify site conditions, understand constraints, and confirm objectives. It also allows us to determine the appropriate level of technical engagement required. You will be contacted to schedule this call.
2. Site Visit Determination
Some projects require additional context before diagnostic work begins. Based on the consultation, Tierra Buena may recommend a paid in-person or virtual site visit for sites with higher complexity, risk, or scale. This determination is made during the consultation. If a site visit is not required, the project proceeds directly to diagnostic scoping.
3. Diagnostic Proposal
Once sufficient context has been established, you will receive a quote and contract for the Diagnosis phase. Diagnosis is the required starting point for all Tierra Buena projects. This phase may include soil sampling, water assessment, and data collection from the system. Sampling can be performed by Tierra Buena onsite or by the client using provided SOPs, depending on the scope and location.
4. Diagnostic Report and Findings
Following testing and analysis, you will receive an in-depth diagnostic report. This report documents current system conditions, constraints, and functional limitations. It also defines recommended next steps, projected timelines, and pricing for the Design phase.
5. Design Phase
If you choose to proceed, Tierra Buena develops a site-specific design based on diagnostic findings. The design phase translates system constraints into an actionable plan. This may include planting strategies, soil amendments, hydrologic interventions, management protocols, and sequencing logic.
6. Delivery Phase
If you elect to proceed with implementation, Tierra Buena can deliver the approved design directly or support delivery through managed oversight. Delivery timelines vary from months to years, depending on site conditions, scale, and design complexity. If delivery is performed by third parties or by the client, Tierra Buena does not guarantee outcomes beyond the integrity of the design itself.
7. Demonstration, Stewardship, and Monitoring
Following delivery, Tierra Buena offers demonstration, stewardship, and monitoring pathways. These services track system performance over time, verify outcomes, and support long-term land stewardship.
